Rajalingam is currently a Senior Manager of Quality at Wipro Limited and currently consulting automotive customers in the infotainment space. With close to 19 years of experience in Quality, Rajalingam has trained more than 5000 Green Belts, 1000 plus Black Belts and has mentored more than 1500 six sigma projects in his career spread across multiple countries, domains and technologies in Wipro Limited and Sutherland Global Services. He has lead Wipro teams in more 15 different six sigma forums and has won 200 plus Best Six Sigma project awards
In Wipro he has been instrumental in implementing a new predictive modelling technique using T-method to overcome the challenges of data scarcity and enable quick decision making. He has also lead implementation of Taguchi's robust engineering techniques in infrastructure services. Recently he has developed Six Sigma 4.0 framework with tenets to embrace Industry 4.0 in the six sigma way,resulting in improved connected intelligence of the internal systems
Apart from Six Sigma, Rajalingam has worked extensively in the fields of Enterprise and Operational Risk Management and lead implementation of standards and frameworks based on ISO 9000, COPC, CMMi, ASPICE and ISO26262. Rajalingam is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Indian Statistical Institute and ASQ. Rajalingam has completed his graduation in Computer Science and Engineering and post-graduation in Quality Engineering and Management from Anna University, Chennai
