With almost 30 years of overall work experience in the areas of business operations, process management & client servicing, I’m presently part of the Business Excellence function in Tata Power for the past five years, wherein I have been driving & enabling process improvements earlier across the Renewables Cluster and now across the Transmission & Distribution Cluster in the organization. Facilitating Capability Building of employees on Business Excellence initiatives focused on the Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM) and supporting next level maturity of Customer related initiatives such as CSAT, NPS and Complaints Management across the organization are some of my key deliverables.
Having joined Tata Power 14 years ago, wherein I have been managing the Customer Relationship function in Mumbai Distribution, my experience in managing & leading teams for running successful process operations by implementing procedures and service standards with a customer centric & service orientation approach has enabled me to set & execute service standards in the Mumbai Distribution division of Tata Power.
