Currently, I serve as the Director of the Bhutan Qualifications & Professional Certification Authority (BQPCA) of Bhutan affiliated to the Ministry of Education and Skills Development (MoESD) beginning from May 2024. Prior to this, I served as one of the five Commissioners of the Royal Civil Service Commission, Royal Government of Bhutan from April 2019 till end of April 2024. I also worked as the Chief HR Officer of the then Ministry of Labour and Human Resources (MoLHR) and about three years in the Ministry of Finance (MoF), Royal Government of Bhutan, where I was responsible for overall HR management of the Division and supervision of the staff. I was also the Technical Member of the Public Financial Management (PFM) reform programs coordinated by the World Bank. Initially I joined my service with the Secretariat of the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) in February 1994.
