Mohd Shohaib, Alumni from IIT Delhi, has around 18 years of Multi Industry Experience in Customer Experience Management, various Business Process Improvements and implementation of Lean Six Sigma Practices in Manufacturing, Commercial and Services Domain. Shohaib is currently working as the Head – Business Excellence (Service) at Intex Technologies (India) Ltd. and have certification in Lean Management and a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma.
Prior to joining Intex, Shohaib was associated with HCL Infosystems as AGM – Business Excellence and was heading the Lean Six Sigma Office.
Shohaib has been the Architect of the Lean Six Sigma & Improvement Framework at HCL Infosystems and established the Customer Care Centre at Schneider Electric in 2006.
Shohaib has been the key brain behind conceptualizing and implementing various business excellence initiatives at Intex technologies.
He has worked in various operational & leadership profiles in commercial domains at Schneider Electric & HCL and in manufacturing domains in LG Electronics & BCH India.
In Commercial domain, He has taken care of various roles in Business Excellence & Quality Transformations of various business verticals and functions like IT Break fix services, Managed Services, Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics, Channel Business, Sales Operations, Repair Centre, Order Processing, Finance & Accounts, Credit Control, Pre Bid and Post Bid, HR, CSAT & NPS Survey & Customer Experience Management, Technical Support & After Sales Services.
In manufacturing domain, have taken care of various roles in Manufacturing Quality like IQC/LQC/FQC, Product Reliability, New Model development, PDI and Supplier Quality Assurance.
He has over 20 years of experience in IT, BPO, engineering and Automobile industry. Devender is a PGD in Marketing and Financial Management with graduation in Mechanical Engineering. He is a Certified Master Black Belt with Wipro in DMAIC and Lead Black Belt in DSSS+ and TQSS Methodologies driving Six Sigma as well as Lean Initiative as a certified Lean facilitator. A Qualified Internal Quality Auditor in ISO, CMMi Assessment Team member and has experience in implementing CMM Level 5 in GE-India Design Center and CMMi level 5/ BS 7799 in Wipro and also a Certified Malcolm Baldrige Examiner.
Devender has done various consulting assignments in US on Metrics, Six Sigma and Testing Process maturity areas and has presented papers in various forums (CII, Nasscom etc) in India, Europe, Hongkong and US. He recently presented paper in ANQ and EOQ conferences.
