An Industrial Engineer by Qualification, B. Tech - Industrial engineering which was a unique Industry integrated curriculum at Thapar Institute, Patiala.
Have also undergone a one-year course' VLFM - Visionary leaders for manufacturing' under the able mentorship of Prof. Shoji Shiba. This was a course, which was a collaboration of Indian and Japanese government driven by CII and JICA. I was a part of VLFM 6th Batch in 2012-2013.

A Brief summary of my Professional career progression - Joined Godrej Appliances as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in 1998, moved through various functions both laterally and vertically, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply chain, Warehousing, Head of Assembly lines, Production Planning and Control, ERP cell and currently heading Quality function since 2015.
I am a firm believer that quality can be a real differentiator for businesses in the marketplace
