A seasoned professional with more than 19 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance. Thought out my career I handled quality for many software products from various domains like Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Data Analytics. In my current role as a Director of Quality Assurance in Protegrity, I take care of quality of data protection software products. We proudly save the most important asset of any organization "DATA". These software products are business critical from data security perspective for many of the world's topmost banking, financial, insurance and retail giants. And DATA being mission critical for any business, quality has to be top notch for such products. To do so, we did reorganization of teams and implemented innovative solutions, quality matrices were monitored regularly which benefited in improving the overall quality of product and reducing the delivery timelines.
