Atul Kumar Joshi is a qualified food technologist from G.B.Pant Uni. of Agri & Technology Pant Nagar and has been working from last 29 years in various Food & Beverages industries like United Breweries, Shaw Wallace, Amira Pure Foods, SAB Miller , PepsiCo and Patanjali Ayurved Limited . Presently he is working as Sr. G.M. Quality with Patanjali Foods Limited . He is responsible for End to-End Quality and Food Safety management system as well as is part of Management team for determining the future path strategies needed for business performances and growth. The key focus area of Atul also involve training of workers as this leads to operation excellence through Food Safety as well as adds value though trained work force. Throughout his carrier he had focussed on creating and development of Quality systems and processes across the value chain that has resulted in robust Quality culture at the various organization where he served as well as at Patanjali Foods limited. His focus and passion for consumer driven quality with meaningful benefits fulfil the unmet area of consumers across the country. During his carrier he has worked extensively in production management , project management and new product development ,implementation of ISO system , Quality & Food Safety Auditing etc. Atul has a great eye for details , clear logical mind with practical approach, problem solving skills and a drive to see things through a competitive vision. Working with various organisation at different geographical location has made him experienced in liasioning with various Government and regulatory authorities for obtaining various approvals. He is energetic and ambitious person who has a mature and responsible approach for any task that he undertakes or in any situation presented before him. As a Site Quality & Food Safety Head of PepsiCo Panipat unit he ensured that Food Safety should be an integral part of all product trials and machineries modifications . He had been always willing to discover and accept new ideas which can be put into practice effectively and thus received the Pepsi Co Star Award and Chairman Circle of Champion at Purchase(U.S.A.) by Ms Indira Noyii (Highest degree of recognition for operation people in PepsiCo)for out of Box thinking . Atul had travelled to various countries in his career as a part of job responsibilities resulting in giving him a deeper visionary insight to look on quality and business aspects of products . Besides this he has the capability to practically judge a problem encountered during quality operations and handle the situation accordingly reflecting his visionary leadership. He enjoys overcoming challenges and was responsible for commissioning of 1st flash pasteurisation line in India(Undergone training in Tyskie Brewery Tychy Poland). Atul is Senior assessor for CII Food Safety award and certified LAC for EMS, ISO 22K, FSSC22K and certified inspector of AIB.He is passionate about empowering and nurturing the team to achieve their full potential as a professional through his entrepreneurial leadership role and has embedded quality consciousness in the organizations . His visionary work of leadership has resulted to bag many Quality certification , accreditation, and awards and with such small steps he wishes to achieve the optimal output of everything and keep up the good work.
