As a cluster head of Business Excellence, Refractory & Energy functions for a 10 MTPA integrated steel plant, Mr Dewangan has been driving the 10000+ workforce of Dolvi Works towards imbibing TQM culture.
A Mechanical Engineer by profession, he completed Executive MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Beginning his professional journey as a GET in Tata Steel, he has led several transformation initiatives in his 32 years of service in core sectors like Steel, Cement & Sponge Iron.
With hands on experience in Project, O&M, Strategy, Contract Manufacturing, PPC etc, he worked with Mckinsey, Booz Allen, BCG, Gartner & Hay in various Performance Enhancement programs at Tata Steel.
