Komal Machindar with 26+ years of experience, currently with LTIMindtree, has played different roles in Quality, Delivery, Business Development and corporate functions. Komal led and nurtured the Delivery Excellence department at LTIM over the years. Under her leadership the team has achieved several benchmarks for the organization, including all ISO certifications and CMMI level 5 appraisals for software and services. These rigorous and thorough approach of Delivery Excellence team resulted in LTIM winning the coveted Ramkrishna Bajaj Award and the Nation Quality Peacock awards in the past.
During the recent merger between LTI and Mindtree to form the LTIMindtree organization, Komal has been instrumental in bringing together the best of the processes from both the growing organizations, streamlining the systems and ensuring the re-certifications for ISO & CMMI are completed successfully.
