Throughout Shailesh's career he has led in the creation and development of Quality systems and processes across the value chain, that has resulted in a robust and quality focused environment in Marico. Through his entrepreneurial leadership role, Shailesh has nurtured, build and embedded quality consciousness in the organization resultantly in accrediting the organization with many quality certification, accreditation and awards. He has been honoured with "Innovative Leadership in Quality", "50 Most Impactful Quality Professionals, the prestigious "Qimpro Certified Qualitist" and many more. He is also a certified IMC Ram Krishna Bajaj assessor and International Asia Pacific Quality Global Performance Excellence assessor.
An excellent communicator and an inspiring leader, he has delivered several Lectures and held interactive sessions with students and professionals on quality concepts, consumer quality, auditing, business excellence etc. He also presented a paper presentation at the International Asia Pacific Quality Awards forum in Mexico on "Driving Innovation to Improve Quality of People's Lives: The uncommon journey of Indian Multinational.
Living to his purpose of giving back to the society, Shailesh has been supporting Cancer Patient Aid Association for the last 15 years and recently he has been recognised for his contribution by World Health Organisation and Ministry of Health. Affairs
